For the owner, Sideir, the kitchen has always felt like home. As a kid, he could be found on the counter, building salads by the hundreds—wishing to get his hands on the dough to help make the balls for rising, stirring, chopping, and measuring. Before long, he was mixing, chopping, measuring, and helping roll dough, falling in love with the craft one step at a time.

By his teenage years, Sideir was all in, heading straight to work after school, stepping up to help his dad and uncle run the kitchen. What started as helping out quickly turned into real responsibility, and with it came a deep sense of pride in being part of something bigger.

That passion only grew stronger over time. As an adult, Sideir took everything he learned and built on it. Refining recipes, elevating flavors, and creating a place of his own from the ground up. Today, alongside his wife, Stephany, he continues that legacy with a focus on quality, consistency, and community. Together, they’ve created more than just a restaurant. They’ve built a space rooted in hard work, family, and pride, where great food and genuine hospitality come first.
